The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. In principle, we will not disclose this data without your express request.

Data storage
 

We would like to point out that for the purpose of the smooth business relationship and for later contract processing e-mail address, name and your request are stored. This data will be deleted without conclusion of contract after no later than five years, on request at any earlier time. The data provided by you are required for the fulfillment of the contract or for the execution of pre-contractual measures, which will be requested by you in accordance with the statutory provisions. Without these data we can not conclude the contract with you, the details are determined by the Hungarian law. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission on your behalf when purchasing real estate to the attorney-at-law, the authorities that are required to purchase real estate and construction measures, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

All data from a contractual relationship are stored until the tax retention period (10 years) expires, should warranty claims and long limitation periods apply to the contractual relationship, the storage period is extended accordingly. For contractual relationships that continue for longer periods, the period is calculated from the end of all contractual relationships.

The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations, as well as of the Art 6 lid 1 a) (consent) and / or lid b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.

We will delete your data unsolicited when the aforementioned deadlines have expired. This is tested at least once a year. Furthermore, we check at any time at your request, if we need to save your data for these reasons, otherwise we will delete them immediately.

For mailing forms and our guestbook we use an external service provider: http://www.onlex.de. For all information about their data protection please contact http://www.onlex.de. The by this external service provider collected data as IP address, host or information about your browser won't be used by us, the exception of this rule are spam mails, we use this information to take legal action against the senders of spam.

You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree with the subscription to the newsletter.
